Online Payment Security Statement

Please use CorvusPay when purchasing tickets through our web-store as this is a highly advanced system for safe online payments.

CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your credit card information from the moment you enter them into the CorvusPay payment form. Payment info is then code-forwarded from your web browser to your bank. Our store is never in contact with all of your payment card information. Also, this information is not available to the CorvusPay system employees. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping them perfectly safe.

The payment form is secured by a highest fidelity SSL transfer code. All stored information are additionally protected by coding, using a cryptographic device, certified according to FIPS 140-2 Level 3  standards.  CorvusPay  meets any and all demands related to online payment security requirements by leading credit card brands, i.e. is in harmony with PCI DSS Level 1 norm – the highest security standard of payment card industry. Privacy Statement

Catamaran line d.o.o. shall ensure privacy of the buyers' personal information, in such a manner to only collect necessary, basic information on buyers/users which are required in order to fulfil the Company's obligations; it shall inform the buyers on method of use of the gathered information, regularly offering its buyers the possibility to choose how their data are used including the possibility to decide whether or not they would like their name to be removed from the client marketing database.

All user information is kept safe and is only available to the employees to which these data are necessary in order to fulfil their tasks. All Catamaran line d.o.o. employees and business partners shall respect these privacy principles.

The buyer/visitor must not make unauthorized copies and/or publish any materials subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights, unless he/she obtains a clear approval by the holder of such rights.

 

Terms of Delivery and Handover

Upon completed payment, the buyer receives an order confirmation. Once the buyer chooses the 'purchase' option, he/she receives an email containing data on the outlet the ticket can be obtained from, as well as the time by which the buyer is required to contact the above mentioned outlet.

In the event of the buyer not obtaining his/her ticket at the indicated time and location, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund. For vehicles over ten tons of support ability is not possible to buy the ticket online.

Complaints and Terms of Refund

A refund is only possible in the event of a delay of the trip for which the ticket has been purchased. The delay may be caused by force majeure. The Company is not responsible for mistakes made by the buyer (such as incorrectly chosen date of the trip, incorrect line, or incorrectly chosen tickets), therefore these shall not be accepted as basis for a refund.

Refund Procedure:

A filled-in Complaints Form, available in outlets or here , must be sent to Catamaran line d.o.o. either by email iinfo@catamaran-line.hr , or by fax no. 385(0)21 352 471.

Our Company will contact you regarding your complaint.

Upon establishing a valid reason for the complaint, the money shall be returned into your account.

The maximum period by which the money is refunded into your account is one month.

In the event that the buyer is not satisfied with the result of the complaint procedure he/she received from Catamaran line d.o.o., the buyer is entitled to a court procedure. In such an event, the authority of the Court in Split shall be agreed.

Conversion Statement

All payments are to be made in Croatian Kuna. During payments with your credit card, the amount is converted into your local currency according to the Credit Card Association's current exchange rate. A slight difference in the amount in relation to the original price indicated on our web page is possible as a result of currency conversion.

Other Conditions

All other rules and regulations by this Shipping Company also apply to all buyers of tickets.
